There is a parking garage located within the building off of W Polk Street operated by LAZ Parking. Though the garage is operated by a third party, Placemakr guests receive a special rate of $24.20 per night.

In order to receive this rate, please sign up for parking via this link prior to arrival. PLEASE CHECK-IN WITH THE GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM IN UNIT 310 BEFORE PARKING IN THE GARAGE. You can use the loading area, near the front door of the ANOVA building, to check-in prior to parking your car in the garage.

For stays under 30 days, service animals trained to perform specific tasks to assist a person with a disability are welcome at Placemakr Downtown Phoenix. Other animals, including pets and emotional support animals, aren't permitted. If your stay is over 30 days, please contact us prior to booking for assistance.

We provide weekly housekeeping for stays of 7 nights or longer. If you’d like additional cleaning during your time with us, you can add it anytime for $119 per service.

Additionally, each apartment is stocked with essentials like dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies so you can keep things fresh during your stay or between housekeeping visits.
